SharePoint Developer
Desired Skills:
3 - 5 years of programming experience; at least 1 year (regular developer); 3 years (lead) preferred
SharePoint 2007 user interface and CSS experience
SharePoint (MOSS) API, programming against:
Lists and Content types:
Document Libraries
Web Parts and AJAX Web Parts
Use of SharePoint components including:
Forms Based Authentication (FBA)
Features
Master Pages, Content Pages and Page Layouts
Solutions and Packages a plus
Workflows, Visual Studio and Designer
Data View Web Parts (Designer)
Visual Studio 2005 or 2008
Strong ASP.NET and C# programming skills
Prefer experience in:
SQL Server 2005
Commerce Server
Biztalk
SharePoint 2007 administration
InfoPath 2007
IIS 6.0
Windows Server 2008, Active Directory and SQL Server 2008 administration a plus
3rd party .NET developer tools such as Telerik a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a deadline oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Content Migration
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic end-user knowledge of web content management systems; SharePoint preferred
Basic understanding of HTML and web page formatting a plus
Basic understanding of SEO a plus
Ability to manage their own time, to prioritize, and to coordinate among multiple people
